ABOUT LIZ CARR
Actress, comedian, and disability rights advocate known for playing scientist Clarissa Mullery in the BBC drama Silent Witness . She created, wrote, and performed in the show Assisted Suicide: The Musical. She also appeared in series like This Is Going to Hurt , Devs, and The Witcher . In August 2017, she and her personal assistant were the victims of a scissor attack by a man who was later detained under the Mental Health Act 2007.
At age seven, she started using a wheelchair because of her condition, arthrogryposis multiplex congenita. She studied law at the University of Nottingham.
She played a concierge in the 2018 mini-series Les Misérables. She portrayed Saraqael
in the series Good Omens . She has been in comedy groups, including Abnormally Funny People with Tanyalee Davis .
In 2010, she exchanged vows with her partner Jo Church in what she called "A Wheelie Special Wedding."
She acted alongside David Tennant and Michael Sheen in Good Omens.
