Actress best known for her soap opera appearances on the series' Amar sin Limites where she played the character Emilia and in El Privilegio de Amar where she starred as Ofelia Palmer. She is also known for her feature film appearances including in Inesperado Amor in 1999 and Ratas de la Ciudad.

Her acting debut first occurred in 1982 when she starred as the character Dora in Gabriel y Gabriela. She then went on to make her feature film debut in the 1985 film Chespirito.

In addition to her acting, she is also known for her reality television appearances including in Big Brother VIP 3 and in Mi Sueno Es Bailar.

She was born and raised in Mexico and married fellow actor Omar Fierro .

She starred alongside singer Marco Antonio Solis in the 1990 film Como fui a Enamorarme de ti?.
