ABOUT LOVEMORE MAJAIVANA

Zimbabwean musician and popular Ndebele singer who earned the nickname Majaivana for his exceptional dance skills.

He sang in the church choir, the same church where his father was minister, before becoming a drummer in a band.

Though he later recorded traditional folk songs, he started out doing covers of popular music by Western artists, such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Elvis Presley .

He played in the band Zulus with two of his brothers.

He and Tongai Moyo are both Zimbabwean singers.
