ABOUT LUBOS KUBIK

Former Czech soccer player who played for the Czech national team from 1985-1997 and professionally for several clubs, including the MLS's Dallas Burn and Chicago Fire.

His youth career began with Spartak Chocen in 1972.

He went on to manage several clubs after his playing career was over.

He grew up with his family in Vysoke Myto, Czechoslovakia.

Midfielder Pavel Nedved is also a Czech soccer player.
