English striker who joined Hammarby IF in 2013 after previously playing for a number of teams including Shrewsbury Town and the New York Red Bulls.

He began his professional career with Shrewsbury Town in 1999 at age 17.

He scored 9 goals for the New York Red Bulls during his two seasons in the MLS.

He was raised with a brother named Gavin Rodgers.

He played with Thierry Henry on the New York Red Bulls during the 2011 season.
