ABOUT LUKE ROWE
After beginning his career with the amateur and semi-pro New Zealand football clubs the Miramar Rangers and Team Wellington, this soccer defender played for the professional teams Wellington Phoenix, Eastwood Town, and Bedworth United. He also played for the New Zealand national team during the 2011 Under-20 FIFA World Cup.
He played his youth career for the Birmingham City F.C.
He was named a standby player for New Zealand's 2012 Olympic Football Team.
He spent his early days in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, England, and later relocated to New Zealand.
He and Costa Rican-born midfielder Carlos Hernandez both played for the Wellington Phoenix F.C. early in the second decade of the 2000s.
