ABOUT LUMI CAVAZOS
She rose to international acclaim for her role as Tita in the film adaptation of Like Water for Chocolate. She received additional fame for her roles in Bottle Rocket and In the Time of the Butterflies.
After appearing in the 1992 adaptation of Like Water for Chocolate, she moved to Los Angeles to play roles in Hollywood films.
She appeared as a singer in the film Sugar Town.
She was involved with the Italian actor Marco Leonardi from 1991 to 1999.
Duran Duran bassist John Taylor co-starred with her in Sugar Town.
