Hollyoaks producer Paul Marquess introduced the Amber Sharpe character to the series and cast Phina Oruche as her mother, Andonis Anthony as her father, and Shaun Blackstock as her brother.
She and her sister grew up in Manchester and Leeds, England.
She and Wallis Day both appeared on Hollyoaks during their teenage years.
