Professional defensive midfielder that was originally signed by the Vélez Sarsfield Athletic Club in 2022. He was later signed by Manchester City on a multi-year deal in January 2023.

He first began playing soccer as a young child. He eventually joined the Vélez Sarsfield youth club.

He made his professional club debut while playing against Club Estudiantes de La Plata on April 8, 2022. He and his team lost the match 4-1. His maxiperrone16 Instagram page features in-game photos of him on the field. He has promoted Adidas on the platform.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He played alongside Ilkay Gundogan as a member of Man City during the 2023 English Premier League.
