ABOUT MAHMOUD HAMDY

Known under the pseudonym El-Winsh, he is an Egyptian professional footballer who is known for his work as a centre-back and defender for the Zamalek club. He is also known for playing as a defender on Egypt's national team as well.

He first began his career playing with the Tala'ea El-Gaish club in 2013. In 2016, he began playing with the Zamalek SC club. In 2018, he made his debut with Egypt's national team.

He is known for having won the Egypt Cup during his 2017 season as well as the Egyptian Super Cup during his 2016 season with the Zamalek club.

He shared a photo with his nephew to Instagram in August of 2018.

He played alongside Mohamed Salah in the 2018 FIFA World Cup as part of Egypt's national team.
