Latin pop artist who is one of Mexico's most recognized stars after releasing his twenty-fifth album in 2013.

He was a club performer in Japan and a background vocalist before releasing his first album in 1986.

He has sung telenovela themes for Querida Enemiga, Rebeca, and Corazon salvaje.

He separated from his wife of fourteen years, Lucero , in March 2011. The couple had two children together.

He sang the theme for Querida Enemiga, which starred Gabriel Soto .
