ABOUT MANUEL MUNOZ
Novelist and short story writer who won the 2008 Whiting Writer's Award. He published the short story collection Zigzagger in 2003 and the novel What You See in The Dark in 2011.
He worked as a professor at the University of Arizona.
He published work in Glimmer Train, Edinburgh Review, and Boston Review.
His family worked as farm workers, and he helped them with grape harvests.
He set his debut novel, What You See In The Dark, on the set of the film Psycho, directed by Alfred Hitchcock in 1959.
