She played volleyball at Rice University in Texas, where she graduated with a degree in Sport Management and Sociology.

She has been romantically linked to NBA player Giannis Antetokounmpo . In February 2020, they welcomed their son Liam Charles. They had a second son named Maverick in 2022. In September 2023, they announced their engagement and tied the knot a year later. They had a third child named Eva Brooke in 2023. In December 2024, they announced they were expecting their fourth child together. In May 2025, they welcomed their daughter Aria Capri.
