She launched her TikTok account in April 2020 with a recipe tutorial on how to make churro waffles.

She has received over 40 million likes on TikTok. In one of her most popular TikToks, she revealed a common secret about wedding cakes. The video was posted on December 19, 2023 and gained 60.3 million views. She also shares her content as YouTube shorts on her Cakes By Marian channel, where she has over 950,000 subscribers.

She became interested in making cakes because her mother baked her and her sisters birthday cakes each year.

In July 2024, she created a Taylor Swift " Blank Space " cake.
