He worked as an assistant producer and creative consultant for a variety of game shows and was a question writer for The Price Is Right and Family Feud.

He managed the all-female tribute band The Iron Maidens and the cover band Crabby Patty (I'm So Unclear!).

His parents were Richard Dawson and Diana Dors , both well-known actors and personalities.

He was a technical adviser on the 2002 movie Auto Focus starring Greg Kinnear and Willem Dafoe .
