ABOUT MARKEIA MCCARTY
Host, journalist and television actress who has worked with Nerdist, Geek & Sundry, Collider and other publishers. She was the host of DC Universe's DC Daily and hosted Geek & Sundry's Game Masters Hall and Ask Your Black Geek Friend.
She began doing improv in 2001.
She acted in series called Tempting Fate and Movie Trivia Schmoedown, and appeared as herself in Screen Junkies Movie Fights. She was a background extra in an episode each of Heroes and Community .
Her mom is a Navy veteran.
She and Becca Scott have both hosted Game Masters Hall.
