ABOUT MARTA TORREJóN

Professional defender that was first signed professionally by RCD Espanyol prior to signing with Barcelona in 2013. She has made appearances as a member of the Spanish and Catalan national soccer team.

She began her youth soccer career playing for the Salesians club soccer team in 1998.

She scored her first career international goal during a 4-1 victory against the Czech Republic on May 8, 2008.

She grew up living with her family in Mataró, Spain. Her brother Marc is a professional soccer player as well.

She played alongside Alexia Putellas as a member of FC Barcelona in 2020.
