ABOUT MATTHEW HOLM

Best known as the illustrator of the Babymouse series. He began his career as an editor for Country Living magazine. He and his sister later teamed up to create Babymouse, which was based on a game the two played as children. By 2013, the comic series had sold over a million copies.

He attended Penn State University , where he served as the political cartoonist for the university paper.

He works as a web developer. He also visits schools as a speaker to promote reading and his work.

He was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He has three brothers and one sister. His mother was a pediatric nurse, and his father was a pediatrician.
