He graduated with a bachelor's degree from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 2007.
He has acted in a number of William Shakespeare 's plays, including Much Ado About Nothing and The Comedy of Errors. He portrayed Iago in a BBC Radio 3 production of Othello. His work in theatre earned him a nomination for the Ian Charleson Award in 2011.
