ABOUT MAX JOHNSTON

Professional right-back that was originally signed by the Motherwell Football Club during the 2021 Scottish Premiership League season. He was later acquired by the Cove Rangers Football Club via loan transfer in September 2022. He has also played as a defender.

He initially began his youth soccer career with Motherwell as a child. He was only twelve years old at the time.

He made his professional club debut while playing against Hamilton Academy on February 13, 2021. He and his team lost the match 4-1.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Middlesbrough, England area. His father, Allan, played soccer professionally for 23 years.

He shares a December 26th birthday with Hugo Lloris .
