Though he also appeared in the movie Def Jam's How to Be a Player and in episodes of the television shows One on One and The Mod Squad, this actor is most famous for playing Goldie in the 1973 movie The Mack. His final role was in an episode of the TV series One on One in 2005.
He began his acting career as an Off-Broadway performer in New York City.
He wrote and produced a blaxploitation film titled Cleopatra Jones. He amassed 15 different acting credits throughout his long career.
He grew up in Washington, D.C. In the early 1990s, he married Arabella Chavers.
