With over 20,000 followers on her megangibson TikTok account, she has become well-known for posting comedic videos, clips of her children and family, dance routines, and fashion and hair content.

She introduced her TikTok account on the date of March 21st, 2020, with a dance routine video to the tune of the song "OUT WEST" by JackBoys and Travis Scott , featuring Young Thug .

She has opened up on social media about the challenges she faced throughout her childhood and growing up in the foster system. Outside of social media, she has worked in the nursing field.

She is the mother of two sons that are 11 years apart. Both of her children, as well as other family members like her sister and cousins, have appeared in videos on her TikTok account.
