ABOUT MESSIAH JONES
Basketball player who joined the Towson University men's basketball team for the 2023-24 campaign. In 2021, he suffered a season-ending Achilles injury. He has earned more than 330,000 followers on his only1messiah TikTok account.
He played basketball at Simeon High School in Chicago.
He spent five seasons with the Wofford College Terriers. In 2020, he and the team competed in the SoCon Championship. That year, he earned SoCon All-Freshman team honors.
His mother, Teresa Booker Johnson, died in August 2022. She raised nine children.
He and Ayo Dosunmu are both successful basketball players from Illinois.
