ABOUT MICHIKO KICHISE

Japanese actress who rose to fame after appearing in the television drama series Liar Game. She also achieved renown from her role in the drama series Bloody Monday. In 2023, she appeared in the Netflix series Burn the House Down.

One of her earliest roles was in the 1998 comedy-drama film The Bird People in China.

She was named Newcomer of the Year at the 35th Elan d'Or Awards for her roles in Liar Game and Bloody Monday. She posts photos of herself on her michikokichise Instagram account, where she has built an audience of more than 750,000 followers.

She has two daughters.

She worked alongside Mei Nagano on the cast of Burn the House Down.
