ABOUT MIGUEL DE LEóN
Legendary telenovela star best known for his leading roles in Latin soap operas like Sabor a ti, Carita de ángel, and Sol de tentación. He also appeared in a Venezuelan version of Batman titled El Cristo de las Violetas.
He earned a degree in business administration from Colegio Universitario de Caracas and followed by attending Taller Universitario de Teatro Macanillas. He then went on to become an employee of Radio Caracas Television.
He made his acting debut in the 1988 film Señora Bolero before joining the culture of telenovelas.
He married his first wife, Nubia Quilarte, in 1992. After their divorce in 1997, he married fellow telenovela star Gabriela Spanic . They divorced in 2003 and then he married third wife Jennifer Bracaglia.
He acted alongside Andrea Legarreta and Juan Ferrara in his final Mexican telenovela ¡Vivan los niños! before moving back to Venezuela.
