Dance and fitness influencer who also does modeling and social media management. Her diverse breadth of content as well as her positive and motivational personality has led to her Instagram account gaining more than 150,000 followers.

She began taking dance classes when she was three. An ankle injury her junior year of high school led to her becoming interested in fitness after more than a year of physical therapy.

Her full name is Mikala Barsaloux. She is 5'0" in height.

She has lived in Florida, and was born in the United States. In February 2025 she mentioned in an interview with shoutout Miami that she is not particularly close with her family.
