Daughter of actress and comedian Maya Rudolph and writer and director Paul Thomas Anderson .
Her mother met her father during a Saturday Night Live rehearsal in February 2000.
She was named after her late grandmother, famous soul singer Minnie Riperton , on her mother's side.
Her mother started dating her father in 2001. She is the youngest of her parent's four children. She has two sisters, Lucille and Pearl, as well as a brother named Jack.
Her father directed Daniel Day-Lewis in the movie There Will Be Blood .
