ABOUT MITCH WISHNOWSKY

Football player known for being the kicker on the San Francisco 49ers in the NFL. He had previously played for University of Utah in the NCAA.

He was an Australian rules football player but had to give up the game at the age of 18 because of injuries. He worked as a glazier before joining Prokick Australia, which converted Australian rules football players into American Football Players.

He started out as a punter and reached Super Bowl LIV. He made his field-goal kicker debut in October 2021 against the Seattle Seahawks . He made one extra point kick making him the first Australian to score a point in the NFL.

He was born in Gosnells, Western Australia to New Zealand parents.

He replaced Robbie Gould as the kicker of the San Francisco after an injury.
