ABOUT MOLLY BLOOM
Former poker entrepreneur who was arrested for hosting an illegal, high-stakes poker game which began life at The Viper Room in Los Angeles and included a number of A-list celebrities. She shared her experiences in her 2014 memoir, Molly's Game, which was adapted into a 2017 feature film of the same name.
She was raised in Loveland, Colorado and studied political science at the University of Colorado .
She is a former skier who, at one time, was ranked as the third-best North American female skier.
Her brother is former Olympic skier and NFL player Jeremy Bloom . Her father was a psychologist and her mother was a professional fly-fisher.
She was portrayed by Jessica Chastain in the film adaptation in Molly's Game.
