ABOUT MONICA OLIVAS

Food and health blogger known as the mind behind Run Eat Repeat. She first began the blog as a way to document her weight loss journey leading up to her first marathon. Since then, she has written about diets, racing, and much more.

She earned a B.A. in communications from California State University. She then began work as a reporter for Grove Channel 3 and a production assistant for KTLA.

Between writing for her blog, she worked as a reporter for News Network and Disaster News Network. She also previously worked as a researcher for Resource International.

She hails from Pico Rivera, California. She later settled in Irvine.

Both she and Julie Fagan are popular food and fitness bloggers.
