ABOUT MONTRELL WASHINGTON

Professional wide receiver and special teams player that was taken by the Denver Broncos as a fifth-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. Previously, he played college football at Samford University. During his time at Samford, he was an FCS All-American and a two-time member of the second team All-SoCon.

Prior to his collegiate career, he played football at Cherokee High School. Shortly after graduating, he then enrolled in Samford as a freshman in 2017.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Seattle Seahawks during week one of the 2022 regular season. He caught four passes in fifteen games played during his rookie season. In college, he recorded both rushing and receiving touchdowns throughout his career.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Canton, Georgia.
