ABOUT MOON JEONG-HEE

South Korean actress who rose to fame for her portrayal of Empress Munhwa in the 2009 period drama series Empress Cheonchu. Her renown grew after she played a supporting role in the 2012 disaster science fiction thriller film Deranged. She also won critical acclaim for her performance in the horror thriller film Hide and Seek.

She majored in Theatre Studies at the Korea National University of Arts.

She was named Best Supporting Actress at the 33rd Blue Dragon Film Awards for her performance in Deranged. She has earned representation from ACE Factory.
