R&B singer who was signed with Def Soul Records and has been nominated for several Grammy Awards and is known for singles like "Just Friends (Sunny)" and "Love." He released his 3rd album, 'Soulstar' in 2003 which eventually went gold. He released a single titled "Made It" featuring, Mic King in 2022.

He started singing professionally when he was 17 years old.

He was featured on the CW show The Game. He won a BET Award for Best Male R&B Artist in 2001.

He has a son with Kameelah Williams , whom he began dating in 2009.

He collaborated with Mary J. Blige on the song "IfULeave."
