ABOUT NATHAN TELLA

English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for EFL Championship club Southampton. In January 2022, he made a three-and-a-half-year deal with Southampton, securing his stay at the club until 2025.

Following his decade-long tenure with Arsenal, he underwent trial periods at Reading and Norwich City before eventually joining Southampton in April 2017.

He scored his first Premier League goal in a 3-1 win against Fulham in May 2023. His soccer fame has led him to amass over 120,000 followers on Instagram.

He was born in England and grew up in Stevenage. He is of Nigerian heritage.

He plays alongside James Ward-Prowse for Southampton.
