She released her debut album Naty Botero in 2006.

Her song "Dinosaurio" was featured in the 2006 film Boy Culture.

Her mom, Helena Botero, and her older sister, Cristina, are both painters.

She presented the 2006 Best International Pop Artist award at the MTV Video Music Awards Latin America to Robbie Williams .
