ABOUT NEIL TAYLOR

Welsh international defender who was part of Wales' historic EURO 2016 semifinal team. He's played domestically for Swansea City, joining them during the 2010-2011 season in which they earned promotion to the Premier League.

He started his youth career with Manchester City, but moved to Wrexham in 2005. He made his senior debut with the team in 2007.

He started playing for Welsh international youth teams in 2005 before joining the national team in 2010. He played for Great Britain's 2012 Olympic team.

He's of Indian and Welsh descent, born to Shibani Chakraborty and John Tayor. He has two children with his wife Genna.

He and Ashley Williams have been teammates on both Swansea and the Welsh national team.
