ABOUT NEJ ADAMSON

Best known as Ali Osman from 1985 until 1989 in the BBC series EastEnders. Subsequently, his career suffered because he had been typecast.

EastEnders gave him his breakthrough opportunity but he also had TV credits in Pet, Doctor Who, and Wall of Silence.

In 1992, he starred in the film Carry On Columbus.

He was involved with his EastEnders co-star Linda Davidson in the 1980s and married Susan Stevens in 1989.

He had a minor role in both the first and second installments of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, which starred Keira Knightley .
