ABOUT NICHOLAS SAPUTRA

Indonesian actor who has won acclaim for roles like Joni in the 2005 romantic comedy Janji Joni. In 2011, he became a sportscaster for the Malaysian network TV3.

He studied at the University of Indonesia and got his big break with the role of Rangga in the 2002 film Ada Apa dengan Cinta.

He won the award for Best Leading Actor at the Indonesian Film Festival for his work as Janji Joni.

His father, Horst Schbring, is German.

He appeared in the 2003 Indonesian film Arisan!, starring actor Tora Sudiro .
