Entrepreneur who founded the online greeting card business Moonpig.com. The business name is his old nickname from school. In 2011, he sold the company for an estimated £120 million. In 2015, he joined BBC Two's Dragons' Den as a judge.
He used £750,000 saved from working at Glencore to start his business.
In 2011, he was appointed global chief executive officer of the charity Absolute Return for Kids. He donated to Britain's Conservative Party. In 2015, he signed a group letter to The Daily Telegraph that claimed a Labour government led by Ed Miliband would "threaten jobs and deter investment."
He married Amelia Freer .
He and Arlene Dickinson both worked as judges on Dragon's Den.
