She was signed to Libido Records at age sixteen and toured with artists like Sonia but did not achieve major success.

She played the role of Mrs. Johnstone in a production of the stage musical Blood Brothers in 2008.

She got married in 1992 and has children.

She competed against Rhydian Roberts on the fourth season of The X Factor.
