ABOUT NORM FOSTER

One of Canada's most-produced playwrights, he wrote 1987's My Darling Judith, 1991's The Motor Trade, and 1996's Office Hours.

He worked as a radio show host and wrote his first play, Sinners, which was produced in 1983.

He won his first acting gig as Elwood P. Dowd in a production of Harvey, without having ever seen a play before.

He has two siblings and they grew up in Ontario.

His funny and insightful plays have drawn comparisons to those of Neil Simon .
