Italian woman who is perhaps most widely known for being the ex-wife of the late chef and television personality Anthony Bourdain . She previously as the general manager of the New York City restaurant Geisha.

She was raised in a small town in Lombardy, Italy. She studied to become a dentist in college.

She has practiced kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. She trained at the world-famous Renzo Gracie Academy.

She has a daughter named Ariane with Anthony Bourdain.
