Mexican-American reality television personality who cultivated a loyal following by starring on the TLC series Jay & Pamela, which had its premiere in March 2025. The show primarily features the life and relationship shared by herself and her fiancé Jay Manuel, as they both live with the rare genetic disorder Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type 3 (OI).

After meeting Jay online in 2019, they dated on a long-distance basis for approximately one year before she traveled to Georgia to begin living with him and his parents, Raphael and Rene.

Between the two of them, both she and Jay have endured more than 400 bone fractures, some of which they have sustained as the result of an action as simple as rolling out of bed.

She and Jay Thomas Manuel became engaged in November 2022. They got married in April 2025.

Theresa Caputo and Amy Roloff are also famous figures best known for starring on TLC reality shows.
