ABOUT PAOLA CAROSELLA
Argentine chef who became known to television audiences as a judge on the Brazilian edition of MaserChef. She is the owner of the restaurants Arturito and La Guapa Empanadas Artesanais e Café.
She began working in restaurant kitchens shortly after graduating from high school.
She was named as the Best Chef of 2014 by Folha de S.Paulo.
Her father Lino was a fisherman.
She and Mauro Colagreco are both famous Argentine chefs.
