Hockey player best known for his time with NHL teams like the Buffalo Sabres and Calgary Flames. He won a President's Cup title with the Gatineau Olympiques in 2008.

He began playing junior B hockey with the Ottawa West Golden Knights in 2005.

He is famous for his tough and aggressive style of play despite his relatively short 5'7" frame.
