Folk singer, songwriter, and musician who played in a bluegrass band with Alice, Bill & John McEuen.

She started out singing in coffeehouses around Orange County in Southern California.

She shared the stage with many notable acts like Linda Ronstadt and Janis Joplin .

She was married to Harry Shearer from 1974 to 1977.

Late in the 1970s she toured with Jimmy Buffett & the Coral Reefers.
