ABOUT PENNY TAI
Malaysian-born songwriter and singer whose works fell into the category of Mandopop or Mandarin Chinese pop music.
She wrote her first song at the age of 17 and shortly thereafter moved to Taiwan where she recorded her first album, Penny.
Her popular song Ni Yao De Ai or The Love You Want was featured in the Taiwanese television drama Meteor Garden.
Her family lived in Johor, Malaysia, at the time of her birth.
She and South-Korean born artist Eunhyuk were fellow Mandopop singers.
