ABOUT PETER PHELPS

Veteran TV actor who won a Logie Award for Most Popular Actor for his role as Peter Church on the long-running series Stingers. He is also known for his roles in films like 1991's Point Break and 2003's Ned Kelly.

He was born in Sydney and got his big break acting on the soap opera The Restless Years.

He won the AFI Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in a TV Drama for his role on G.P. in 1993.

He married Donna Fowkes in 2000. He has children named Aja Blue Phelps and Polly Elsie Rose Phelps.

He co-starred with actress Kate Kendall on the police drama Stingers.
