Former Pro-Bowl quarterback for the New York Giants who led the team to victory in Super Bowls XXI and XXV. After retirement, he found success as a sports broadcaster.

He was a surprise first-round pick after playing four years of football at Morehead State University.

He retired with 33,462 passing yards and 199 touchdowns.

His two sons, Matt and Chris, also played quarterback in the NFL.

He became a co-host to Cris Collinsworth on the Showtime series Inside the NFL.
