ABOUT RACHEL HENLEY

Online personal trainer, fitness expert, online content creator, entrepreneur, Instagram star, fitness influencer, and founder of Henley Fitness. She designed the fitness apparel and accessory line Saucy Minx Clothing. In 2023, she also launched the group training program Blitz Your Bitz.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in creative arts for theatre and film from the University for the Creative Arts in 2017. Before becoming a personal trainer in 2020, she worked as a Tesco produce clerk and a designer for Roots Kitchens Bedrooms Bathrooms.

She has been a special guest on podcasts including Where Optimal Meets Practical and Run Fast, Lift Heavy. Additionally, she has helped over 700,000 followers on her henleyfitness Instagram account with her "daily flirty fitness tips" and exercise form demonstrations.

She hails from the United Kingdom.
